| As a senior consultant, you will have an active advisory role with a great deal of client contact at the management and executive level. You will advise on how to achieve a clear structure in the organisation, organisational unit or team. A clear organisation also includes a fair and transparent remuneration policy and a context in which talent development is given full scope. Consulting and commercial skills
Good consulting and commercial skills to transform the client’s request into an appropriate approach and successful implementation.
Experience
Minimum of three years' experience in job grading and/or rewards.
Digital tools
MS 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and Trello.
Communication skills
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
